Colours: The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration, although the overall tonality is richer and deeper with the yellow in the upper left corner tending more towards bright ochre-yellow, the peach in the upper left corner to rose-pink, the green in the lower left corner to lime green and the blue in the lower right corner to sky blue in the original. Condition: The work is in very good condition. There is a small rub mark to left side of the top extreme edge, adjacent to the upper left corner and three minor rubmarks to the lower part of the lower left quadrant. There are a few very fine hairline tension cracks in places to each of the four overturn edges. There are small matrices of stable and fine craquelure lines to several ochre paint squares in the upper left quadrant. No restoration is apparent under ultraviolet light.
