the box and cover of conforming circular shape with rounded edges, each carved overall except for a plain rim, with the same design of a duck in flight with spread wings above dense lotus plants with three blooms and a large leaf growing among water weeds, all finely carved with delicately incised details on an ochre-yellow ground, the interior lacquered black
