Condition

Color slightly warmer and lighter than it appears in catalogue illustration. There is a very subtle design of buff (probably faded madder) and yellow diamonds within the indigo diamond trellis. Pile generally good with areas of 1/8 inch and scattered foldwear and spots oxidized to knotheads throughout. Extensive repiling to about half of field - well executed, only visible with black light. Sides later overcast. Ends secured with binding stitch. Very supple handle and lustrous wool. Good overall condition.
