Very slightly more colour in border than illustration suggest, but overall impression quite true to life. Pile in blue, peach, terracotta and ivory is generally good, approx. 1/6th inch with the brown areas oxidised down to the knotheads, some with repiling; some scattered areas of wear, with pile low to knotheads but not extensive; scattered repiled foldwear. Numerous cobbled repaired splits, tears and reweaves in lower end guard stripes into border; partially original flatwoven end finishes; original two cord selvedges, some later overcasting; loose flexible weave; ready for use.
