Condition
Pile is closely sheered to approximately 1/10 of an inch overall. Slightly oxidized light sand color in field. approximately 0.5in. by 0.5in. reweaves in lower guard border and in lower right corner. Aprroximately 1in. by 0.5in. and 1in. by 1in. rewoven areas in upper left section. Upper end reinforced with cloth band on reverse. Glue residue on reverse at both ends. Reselvaged sides, remnants of original polychrome warp fringes. Overall good condisiton, dense weave. Color is slightly less brown in reality with more distinct blues and reds, and cleaner ivory; very saturated color overall.
