Condition

The canvas has been relined. Some craquelure to the white clouds but otherwise in good overall condition and ready to hang. Ultraviolet light reveals scattered flecks of retouching throughout the sky and some further spots to areas in the foreground. Held in a decorative plaster gilt frame in fair condition.
