Condition

The canvas appears to be original. There is a visible stretcher mark across the upper border and scattered surface dirt. Ultraviolet light reveals a large patch of repainting to the sky and some further spots to the foreground. Held in a decorative plaster frame with some wear; under glass and unexamined out of frame.
