Condition

The canvas is original. There is a stretcher mark to the upper edge and craquelure throughout the sky. There is some surface dirt and some scattered specs of brown staining to the sky. Ultra violet light reveals spots of retoucing to the sky and further retouching and varnish to the lower half. Held in a decorative gold painted frame.
