Condition
The board is sound. There is some frame abrasion to the centre of the left and right edges. There is some minor craquelure to the figure's blue coat and some light surface dirt. Otherwise the work is in good overall condition. Ultra violet light shows a few tiny spots of retouching around the edge and to the figure's forehead. Held in a decorative oval gold painted frame in good condition.
