Description

  • Height 9 1/4 in

Condition

The hair is overall covered with thick blue pigments; some red residue on the hair above the forehead; and green residue on the back of the base. It seems to have been mounted as a lamp at one point as we have two holes restored (one on the surface of the base in front of the legs, another smaller on back of the base). Some gilt losses and traces of metal brush cleaning. The top of the chignon is moving. Note two areas of recess on back of the left arm. The double vajra base has been opened at one point. Otherwise, in good condition.
