  • Diam. 7 7/8 in, each approx.
chacune décorée à l'intérieur d'un puissant dragon à cinq griffes représenté de face, à la recherche de la perle d'immortalité, parmi des nuages et flammes, l'extérieur avec deux dragons au corps souple se faisant face, la perle enflammée les séparant, au dessus de vagues, bande de ruyi autour de l'ouverture, la base monochrome bleu; chacune reposant sur un socle en bronze doré en forme de deux dragons à cinq griffes s'enroulant l'un dans l'autre, chacun tenant triomphalement dans sa patte la perle  

Condition

The bases: one has been regilt and holes of moustaches of dragon filled with bronze.; some rubber beneath each foot of both. Otherwise both in good condition, very nicely incised details of scales. The dishes: tiny scratches on bronze foot rim on both. Enamel wear loss on base of one (3.5 x 1.5cm). Tiny enamel losses on one (<0.1cm approx each). Otherwise, both in good condition
