Ends overlocked, warp fringing, partially reovercast sides, very minor scattered repiling and old moth trails in field; pile closely sheared and generally fair, ranging from 2-3 mm. in medallion to 3 to 4mm. in border with some areas of low pile particularly to left hand side of medallion with scattered knotbars just visible and minor spot repiling, robust weave, flexible handle, attractive carpet
