- Darte Frères, porcelain makers, recorded at 5 rue Charonne in 1800, later 90 rue de la Roquette until 1825.

Condition
The rim of each jardinière has been extensively restored and oversprayed. There are some small areas of regilding. Both handles of one have been off and restored. The other has some restoration extending into the bowl. Because the restoration is very good it is almost impossible to determine the nature of the original damage. There is some very minor wear to the gilding on the feet.
This lot will be offered without reserve.
