the lacquered chest with a domed lid, decorated in colored and gold lacquer, with fan shaped panels depicting sceneries, shells and geometric patterns within borders of broken cash motifs, with carved gilt brass hinges and metal works, the interior of the cover with a butterfly on a plant in lacquer.
