Description

  • A Sandstone Stele Fragment
  • Height 23 1/2 by 17 3/4 in. 59.7 cm. by 45.1 cm.
carved in sunk relief with a figure of enthroned Osiris holding the crook, flail, and scepter combining the djed and was, and wearing a broad collar and atef-crown, Isis standing behind him and wearing a long tripartite wig and step crown, another goddess at right, columns of inscription in the field.
