- A Large Collection of Scarabs, Scaraboids, and Related Seals
- 1/4 to 1 1/8 inches 0.6 to 2.9 cm.
most dating to the 12th/18th Dynasties, most in steatite, several with remains of glaze, some fragmentary, and all but a few carved with decorative devices including spiral designs, dotted circles, cable motifs, stylized plants, several incorporating ankh and nefer signs, one with Bes flanked by uraei, another with the head of Hathor between uraei (approximately 199).
