  • A Group of Twenty Painted Terracotta Ushabtis of Nesytanebtisheru
  • Heights 3 1/2 to 4 in. 8.9 to 10.2 cm.
Mistress of the House and Chantress of Amun, including an overseer wearing a tripartite wig bound in a diadem and holding a whip in his right hand, the projecting fold of his garment inscribed, each worker holding hoes and seedsack and wearing a tripartite wig bound in a diadem, a column of inscription in front and under the feet, the details painted black.
