of rounded form, finely carved in shallow and sunk relief with a highly stylized face, wearing a grimacing expression, with an exaggerated open mouth inserted on one side with wood pegs as teeth, a nose comprised of two small nostrils surmounted by an arched groove and a large circular eye socket; remains of white pigment overall and red pigment on the mouth.
