lukwakongo, le front fuyant, les arcades sourcilières se rejoignant à la naissance du nez droit pour dessiner les contours de la large face creusée "en cœur". L'expression - puissante - est offerte par les yeux saillants aux pupilles signifiées, percées, et la bouche ouverte. Elle a conservé sa longue barbe de fibres (luzelu) et, au dos, sa cordelette de suspension. Patine d'usage, brun clair, avec traces de kaolin.

Good condition overall. Wear consistent with age and use within the culture. Losses to area above proper left eye. Losses to rim, mainly on chin and proper right side, due to insect activity. Some losses to plant fibre.
