Condition

The overall condition of the work is very good, the paint is intact with a few minor abrasions to the surface particuarly in the top left hand corner and to the left shoulder of the Wanjina (as you look at the bark). The bark is fraying in parts around the edges and minor lifting in the top left hand corner. There are four holes across the top and three along the bottom edge to take a hanging device, which is missing. None of this minor damage is visually disturbing. The painting is slightly curved which is typical of barks produced in Kalumbaru during this period.
