  • Watercolour over pencil on spearthrower, carved wood, kangaroo sinew, spinifex resin and stone flint

Collected by Rex Battarbee and gifted to his niece, thence by descent

Condition

The painted surface area appears in good condition, and the upper surface has been painted with a light varnish. The upper edge of the spearthrower has been snapped cleanly off to a width of approximately 2 cm at the widest and reattached with glue.
