  • An Art Deco wrought iron and glass vase by Louis Majorelle and Daum
  • underside of glass with engraved mark 'Daum', 'Nancy', Cross of Lorraine and 'Majorelle'

  • 14cm. high
the mottled orange glass with gold foil inclusions

Condition

The mount has a silvery patina with gilt hightlights on the foot. The gilt foil inclusions are evenly and attractively placed. The rim may have been very slightly re-polished in one area. A good example of this technique.
