Condition

The canvas has been relined. There is minor wear in places to the extreme edges. Ultra-violet light reveals a horizontal line of retouching towards the left side of the top edge (approximately 10cm.), and a further horizontal line towards the left side of the bottom edge. There is some intermittent craquelure in the lower left quadrant. Held in a simple painted frame.
