Condition

On wove paper. There are artist's pinholes in the top left and right corners. The work has been slightly scuffed on the second line of blue paint in the upper left quadrant . There is another scuff in the white section on the lower right side of the work. Under glass and held in a pale plaster frame. Unexamined out of its frame.
