Condition

The canvas is unlined. There is a vertical line in the upper right quadrant where the canvas is slightly uneven. There are two small areas of craquelure, one in the upper left and one in the lower left quadrants. Otherwise the painting is in good overall condition. Examination under ultra-violet light reveals a tiny spot of fluorescence in the lower left quadrant. This may be a result of the artist's reworking. Held in a metal frame.
