Condition

The work is on wove paper which has not been laid down. The edges of the sheet appear to be deckled. The slight undulation of the right edge appears to have created some tiny creases. There are artist's pinholes in the upper left and lower right corners. The paint surface is in good overall condition. There is no sign of retouching under ultra-violet light. Held beneath glass and presented against a black backboard in a simple black wooden box frame.
