Condition
The canvas has been relined. There are a few scattered spots of retouching visible under ultraviolet light, notably to the sky in the upper right and to the two horse-drawn carriages in the street. The paint surface is overall in good condition. Held in a plaster moulded gilt frame with a white linen slip.
