Condition

Original canvas. Some of the pigments fluoresce under ultraviolet light though these do not appear to be retouchings. There is some fine paint shrinkage to the centre of the left edge and some faint craquelure, otherwise the work is in good condition. Held in a simple gilt wood frame with a red velvet slip.
