Condition
Original canvas. There is a spot of retouching in between the windows to the house on the left of the canal directly above the awning corresponding to a repair in the canvas. Apart from a few small spots of surface dirt and a slightly discoloured varnish layer the paint surface is overall in good condition. Held in a decorative plaster moulded frame painted silver with a linen mount.
