the bases chased with fruit and strapwork, openwork borders and handles with winged cherubs, the bodies painted with Boucher-style figures of Music and Poetry, with atttendant cupids, on chestnut grounds, marked on base rims

Condition

mounts lacquered on one urn mount broken and lacking screw so not tight, the other lacks bolt to secure base of handle, some scratches and abrasions to bodies
