flame-figured mahogany and Patricia green marble top, one drawer fitted with palmette and fruit-filled cornucopia-cast frieze, the abattant lined with a gilt-tooled black leather writing surface and opening to an interior fitted with an arched pigeon-hole flanked by two cupboard and four drawers in solid acajou, the lower part with two cupboard doors, the casrcass stamped KRIEGER, model number in blue pencil 96025 and the krieger black stencilled oval stamp to the back.
