Overall in good condition. Light scratches to surface and minor chips to base of edge. Minor pitting in places. Very good presentation.

Catalogue Note
Boisseau regularly exhibited at the Salon starting in 1870 and received a prestigious gold medal for his marble of Le Crepuscule when it was exhibited in 1883. He worked in marble, bronze, onyx and other materials and cast La Crepuscule in three different sizes.
