Condition

In good condition. Lined. Surface is somewhat pressed. Craquelure is visible through the figure of the mother, and through the figural group in the background. Under UV: a heavy varnish is difficult to read through, there is inpainting to address craquelure in the mother's dress, several strokes of inpainting in her skirt, and inpainting in the upper left corner, and other scattered strokes at lower left edge to address previous frame abrasion, and additional small scattered strokes through the trees.
