An immensely impressive group, casts are in museums at Morlaix, Toulon and the Chateau de Compiègne. A silvered bronze version was exhibited at the 1900 Exposition centennale de l'art français (no.1735) while a cast with ivory head, arms and legs was sold at Sotheby's on 5 October 2000, lot 198. It was listed as no.4 in Mêne's catalogue.
