Condition
Overall the condition of the marble is very good with minor wear to the surface consistent with age. There is an area of restoration to the lamp and the column is slightly unstable.

Catalogue Note
Froli worked as far afield as Mexico, Guatamala and California before returning to Italy. He died in Carrara, where he had attended the Accademia as a student.
