Cal. 23-300, nickel lever movement, 18 jewels, Gyromax balance, free-sprung regulator, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva, silvered matte dial, sunken baton indexes, circular case with enlarged brushed bezel, raised accent surrounding the dial, downturned lugs, snap back, case, dial and movement signed.

Patek Philippe launched this model, Ref. 2594, in 1959.
