platform lever escapement, ecru enamel chapter ring, Arabic numerals, with matching alarm ring below, mirrored surround applied with scrolling fretwork and rampant lions flanking the alarm ring, bowed glazed side panels, spiral columns with Corinthian capitals, top fitted with button for repeat, the base fitted with lever and engraved with choices for grande, petite and silence.
