A fine Anyi, Krinjabo region, terracotta head

the ridged neck fragmentary at the base and leading to the ovoid head with a smiling mouth terminating in raised nodules on either side, the naturalistic nose framed by coffee bean eyes and scarification on the cheeks and temples and wearing a disc-like headdress; '192A' on the base; blackened patina.
