the rectangular hinged top with a glazed inset decoupage panel depicting an interior scene with a seated woman with two female attendants and a musician, surrounded by exotic birds, insects and flowers interspersed with gilt decoration, all four sides with conforming verre églomisé panels, including children in various pursuits, surrounded by flowers, plants and insects on an intricate gilt, silver and red background, the leather-lined interior with central lidded cut-glass oval blending bowl, flanked by a pair of cylindrical cut-glass canisters with silver covers, silver lids marked CJH, the box with retail mark
