Catalogue Note

In his copy of Cases argued and decreed Thomas Clarke writes in a note dated 12 October 1731: “Mr Walthoe for whom this book was printed assur’d me that Sr Anthony Keck & Sr William Rawlinson were the suppos’d Authors of it & that he had the M.S. of it out of the Library of the Ld Chancellor Jeffries”.
