A Daubron Frères charger (33cm. diameter) with the same decoration and similarly marked but numbered 131 can be found in the collection of the Cleveland Museum of Art (accession number 2003.52). Due to the similar decoration and the direct succession of its inventory number, the charger is clearly a companion piece to the present lot created for the factory's installation at the Paris fair.
