- 20 by 21cm
of squat gourd-shape with trumpet-shaped foot, applied spout cast in the form of a lion sejant and scroll handle, olive coloured patina, foot rim engraved with the initials A.C., the domed cover of later date, lower part of handle half detached, repair around base of spout

Most examples illustrated were applied with a dragon-shaped spout, secured to the neck of ewer with a rod. The present example does infact show traces of soldering on that particular place on the neck, thus it may be suggested that the present spout was replaced.
