with a raised top and concave sides enclosing a drawer in the side, above a frieze drawer and pair of cupboard doors, opening to reveal a fitted interior with twenty-nine short and long drawers flanking a cupboard door, the whole carved with architectural niches pediments, columns and scrolled corbels, with three further drawers in the base, with an iron handle on each side, the exterior with ivory stringing; veneered on the back to form a centre-piece
