An Elizabethan carved oak column late 16th century

with a foliate capitol, the stem carved with scrolling flowers and leaves on four splayed legs; damaged, the legs and capital later; evidence of previous fixings and probably formerly part of an achitectural interior; together with a Flemish Gothic carved oak stand, part 15th century, the central stem carved with tracery and leaves, on an associated triform base, with paw feet; possibly formerly a stand for a lectern or candelabra
