10 1/4-inch twenty-five piece enamel cartouche dial signed Daillie A Paris, five pillar rectangular plated bell striking movement with outside uncut countwheel, vertical hammer and later Brocot escapement, the waisted case veneered with brown tortoiseshell inlaid with brass and outlined with gilt-bronze foliate and shell mounts, the cresting surmounted by a turbanned putto seated on a ball, a partially clothed goddess below the dial and grotesque mask feet, with conforming bracket
