with a finely painted copy of Glasha by D. Levitsky, inscribed to the reverse M' Krookov and with blue factory mark, held within an ornate gilt-wood frame
Catalogue Note
The original portrait of Levitsky's daughter, Agatha Dmitrievna Levitskaya, was painted in 1785 and is currently in the collection of the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow.
