With its spectacular views across Killiney Bay down towards Sorrento terrace and Dalkey Island, Vico Road is one of the most renowned roads in that area.

Although Collis was born in London and studied at the Epsom College of Art, he moved to Ireland shortly afterwards. He was elected to represent Ireland at Expo '92 in Seville and his works are held in numerous public and private collections including The Office of Public Works, Dublin; Allied Irish Bank; University College Dublin and The National Self-Portrait Collection, Limerick.
