(Cologne: Rudolf Kicken Gallery, 1996, an edition of 30 and 2 artist's proofs), a portfolio of 10 early photographs on carte postale, each with the photographer's facsimile signature blindstamp and titled in unidentified hands in pencil in the margin, the photographer's 'V. Zeinlhofergasse 8, Wien' studio, picture number, and reproduction rights stamps, the Kicken Gallery portfolio stamp, and with picture, portfolio, and plate numbers in unidentified hands in pencil, on the reverse, matted, 1923-32; together with the printed title, chronology, plate list, introduction by Dr. Monika Faber, and colophon numbered '11/30' in an unidentified hand in ink, assembled and published in 1996.  Folio, patterned paper clamshell box, no. 11 in a total edition of 32

Catalogue Note

These early prints, originally from the photographer's estate, were printed in multiple copies for exhibition purposes during the photographer's lifetime. In 1996, they were compiled into portfolios by Rudolf Kicken Gallery, Cologne.
