Engraving after Raphael, a good impression of the first state (of two), before Salamanca's address, on paper with a Scissors (?) watermark, with narrow margins, horizontal and vertical folds across the image mainly visible verso, paper breaking through in places, a few repaired tears, other minor defects; with School of Mantegna, the senators (bartsch 11; hind 16; landau 126, premier engraver) and the corselet bearers (b. 13; h. 15; l. 123, Giulio Campagnola?), engravings, two plates, restorations; with Georg Pencz, thetis and cheiron: the centaur cheiron visited by thetis; tomyris hiding king cyrus' head; and sextus tarquinius raping lucretia (B. 90, 70, 78; Holl. 119, 120, 130; L. 78, 73, 68), etchings, three plates, B. 90 and 70 fine impressions, B. 90 with narrow margins, the others with thread margins, B. 70 trimmed on the platemark in places, B. 90 with small hole on dog, B. 70 with thin areas along left edge of sheet, occasional foxmarks, otherwise in generally good condition; with Sir Anthony van Dyck, adam van noort (Hollstein, Mauquoy-Hendrickx 8), etching with engraving, before 1632, a good impression of the fourth state (of seven), with wide margins; with Jacques Callot, vue du louvre (Lieure 667), engraving, 1629; and another later copy after Mantegna
