The book, 1955, comprising one etching printed in colours, eighteen etchings printed in black in- and hors-texte, plus an etching printed in colours with varnish serving as the cover, with title-page, text and justification, this copy numbered 135 and signed in pencil by the artist, from the edition of 150, published by Maeght, Paris, on Auvergne wove paper, the full sheets, in good condition, in original paper wrappers; with three progress proofs of the frontispiece, two printed in colours; a proof of the Tête de chapitre, inscribed bon à tirer G.B.; an impression of eurybia et eros (v. 21); and cavalier (v. 17), all in original black paper coloured sleeve and collage slip-case, slightly scuffed
